Runners and walkers came out to Complete Runner last Saturday morning to sign up for the Crim Training Program to prepare for one of the Crim races this August.
Even Flint Mayor Dayne Walling stopped by to register for the program so he can run the Crim 10 mile race.
This will be Walling’s first experience with the training program. Excited about signing up, he stated, “If I have a group I know I’m committed to every Tuesday afternoon, then I think I can do this.”

Don’t wait until “next year” to run the Crim; put your plans in place now and check out the Crim Training Program that can help first-time runners or walkers prepare for their desired race, and even advanced runners fine-tune their training.
Curtis will be a group leader again this year, and looks forward to seeing you out on the roads getting ready for the Crim!
