Complete Runner would like to congratulate Grand Blanc Junior Grant Fisher for winning the 2013 Foot Locker Cross County Championships National Finals back in December! After winning the Division 1 state title and the Foot Locker Midwest Title, Fisher brought the win home to Grand Blanc after an incredible fight to the finish ending in 15:07.
